Our Factory

Zhejiang Jiatai Electrical Appliance Manufacturing Co, Ltd. was founded in 1985 with 380 employees.It is equipped with a strong scientific research and development team and advanced testing equipment. it is a professional manufacturer specializing in the design，development and production of kettle thermostat,, kettle controller, kettle steam switches and so on.

In order to meet the increasing electrical kettle controller quantity needs of customers and the sustainable development of Jiatai Company, in 2013, an additional 20,000 square meter modern factory building was built on the basis of the original 6,000 square meter factory area and was put into use in early 2017.The company has always attached great importance to electrical kettle controller, kettle switch, kettle thermostat,adjusting thermostat upgrading and innovation, constantly developing thermostat, kettle controllers, kettle switches products with independent intellectual property rights, and expanding domestic and foreign markets with its products.

Product Application

Product use:Electrical kettle, Tea maker, coffee machine, steam iron, toaster.                                               

1Auto Shut-off :   Automatically cuts off power after water boils, preventing dry boiling and continuous boiling.                                                

2.Dry Boil Protection: Automatically shuts off when there is no water or insufficient water, preventing the heating element from burning out or even causing a fire.

3.Temperature Control:Precisely controls the heating temperature to ensure the water stops heating after reaching the boiling point (~100°C) .                     

4.Keep Warm (some models) :Automatically reheats when the water temperature drops to a set level, maintaining a constant temperature.                   

5.Multi-stage Temperature Setting (premium models) :Allows setting different temperatures (e.g., 45°C, 55°C, 85°C), suitable for preparing baby formula, coffee, or tea.

Besides our existing products, we can produce various products according to customers' drawings or samples. In the early stage, we will communicate with you in detail. After the product is confirmed, we will give the customer a sample of the goods before production. When the customer confirms, we will carry out production.
